Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise the activities and performance of field officers and field supervisors. Organize and conduct trainings and refresher sessions for field teams.
- Set up and maintain orderly and timely data collection, analysis and reporting processes.
- Troubleshoot challenges and resolve issues to ensure smooth field operations.
- Coordinate and manage other activities linked to community engagement, including on-ground activations, community events, etc.
- Coordinate with and manage relationships with external partners for community engagement.
- Coordinate and manage tools and processes being implemented for community engagement.
- Explore new avenues to improve and support community engagement activities to achieve program goals
