Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technical support roles, with a focus on Oracle DBA and Customs deployment. Proven experience in managing complex technical environments and delivering exceptional support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage Oracle Database Administration tasks, including installation, configuration, backup, recovery, and performance tuning and Support the deployment and management of Customs systems, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex technical problems, providing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions and Coordinate and manage deployments of new systems and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
- Mentor and train junior support engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
