• MBBS along with FCPS in general surgery from reputable local or foreign institutions/ universities recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan

Experience:   

• Hands-on-experience of laparoscopic surgery and Possess 3-years post-fellowship experience in a tertiary care hospital.
• Those having additional experience in urology would be preferred and Registration with PM&DC is mandatory.
• Possess experience of structured training as per CPSP guidelines in a reputed private tertiary care or teaching hospital and Possess relevant knowledge of diagnostic techniques                                                                         

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for running surgical clinic, indoor care, preoperative diagnosis, workup of patients and performing surgeries/ operations, including reviewing patient X-rays/ reports and communicating with patients about procedure as well as preparing for and completing surgeries.
• Provide patients with post-operative surgical care and treatment as well as attend emergency as first on call and perform emergency surgery and will be required to perform tasks assigned by hospital management.
• Able to independently perform all basic laparoscopic procedures and Capable of ensuring proper treatment as per standard guidelines. 
• Able to handle/ supervise all types of surgical emergencies with BLS and ATLS certification.  Computer literacy and working experience in HCMS (Healthcare Management System) would be preferred. 
•  Able to effectively handle clinical information and documentation
