Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in workshop operations
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor service operations, ensuring timeliness and efficiency while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Managing procurement and control of workshop consumables, achieving First Right First Time (FRFT) targets, and identifying issues that may hinder operations.
- Ensure optimum resource utilization and maintain cost control, all while motivating subordinates and addressing training needs.
- Effective communication and coordination with internal and external parties are essential, as is adherence to quality standards and safety procedures with strong focus on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
