- DAE/B – Tech Electrical (1st Class Boiler Engineer is a must) 1st Class Boiler Engineer is a must.
Experience:
- 8 – 10 years of experience (Preferable in IPP – Power Sector – Combined Cycle). Strong technical knowledge of power systems and associated equipment
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Safe & efficient operation of plant in all operating conditions within the technical limits as outlined in PPA, GSA and in operating procedures following the best practices of the power industry.
- Strictly adhering to all safety rules; lockout / tag out, work permit guidelines, confined space entry and similar policies to protect the employee health & safety.
- Monitor equipment operation and power production at the control console/station and maintain data records.
- Start, stop and operate equipment in accordance with site operating procedures and as per direction of the Shift Supervisor. Communicating with NPCC & SNGPL regarding services and power demand.
- Adjust power output to meet NPCC demand without exceeding machinery’s design capacity.
