Jobs Description:
- Ability to work independently in planning, designing, and evaluating simulation-based programs
- Competence at Analyst level in 16 identified clinical simulation competencies at CIME
- Works with faculty School of Nursing and Midwifery and Medical College to and colleagues in design and develop courses, workshops and programs of their undergraduate and post-graduate programs.
- Assists in the day-to-day administration and operation of the Centre’s activities in teaching and learning, research and community engagement.
- Contribute to audit of CIME facilities; market research in simulation education and evaluation of simulation-based courses. Assist in the organization and delivery of events and workshops for external clients.
- Keep up to date documentation of all simulation-based sessions at CIME (curriculum, evaluations and reports). Writes simulation specific scholarly articles and research proposals. Analyze data generated from the simulation-based sessions and make inferences to inform future courses
