The Urban Unit, Planning & Development Board, Govt. of Punjab, Lahore                                                                                    Qualification:

• 18 years of degree qualification in Applied Economics, from an HEC recognized institution                    

Experience:

• 6 years of experience in programs related to industrial development policies

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Identify regional industrial and cluster development challenges related to core activities and their locations and policies related to them. Propose policies and projects to integrate provincial and federal policies. Cluster diagnostics and value chain assessments.
• Map strategic and economic linkages of the local businesses with the provincial, national, and international markets or economies.
• Perform value chain and supply chain analysis of the priority sectors/products for the region.
• Design and supervise surveys to fill the data related gaps for the economic development.
• Develop research, analysis and papers on emerging trends, methods, and policies.
• Data analysis and string stata skills for micro and secondary data analysis
