• BSc / BE / BS Civil Engineering  MSc / ME /MS Civil Engineering. PhD Foreign                     

Experience:

• 7 years (For 16 Years Education)  6 Years (For 18 Years Education) Fresh Candidate (Foreign PhD)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, implementation and monitoring phases of infrastructure projects, renovation projects, lab projects and other developing schemes.
• Planning, tendering & develop bidding documents for infrastructure projects, renovation projects, lab projects and other developing schemes.
• Finalize new and renovation project cost estimates and rate analysis as per approved specifications.
• Planning for civil works, environmental engineering works, and other testing lab related electrical and mechanical works.
• Analyze bid evaluation reports and assist procurement teams for procurement. Analysis and evaluation of MRS (FD) GoPb.
• Managing and supervision of new and renovation project drawings & documents control. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and software Verification of contractor invoices (IPCs & FPCs) after measurements at sites
• Preparation of project technical, progress, and bottleneck reports. Critical analysis of software generated project reports. Monitoring procurement of items, materials and services Material indenting & its arrangement at site store, well before execution time. Project plan updating in Primavera software/MS Project Managing and monitoring store (receiving, issuance & returning of items) Ensuring quality control of housing projects and timely completion of all project tasks Plan and monitor manpower & machine deployment at sites Monitoring feeding of drawing-wise progress data in planning software Planning and conducting frequent/planned site visits for progress monitoring
• Plan and hold daily/monthly meetings with site team, client and consultants Checking daily manpower record, deployment study, including machine & tools Future planning of site activities & it’s updating to stakeholders
• Develop safe and cooperative environment at site among all stakeholders Assuring site discipline, cleanliness, housekeeping & HSE Planning and delivering required training for Infrastructure team at Office and Sites.
• Design and implementation of HSE trainings. Implementation of ISO (9001 and 27001 systems.
