- Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the construction project by managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment.
- Responsible for maintaining an organized and well-managed construction site inventory, which is crucial for project timelines and cost control.
- Material Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record all incoming construction materials and equipment. Ensure accurate documentation of quantities, specifications, and quality of materials received. Organize and maintain a systematic storage system to optimize space and accessibility. Conduct periodic stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records. Collaborate with procurement to coordinate timely material deliveries based on project needs.
