Qualification:

• Graduate/ BBA

Experience:

• Excellent experience within “Products/Industries”: 2 years  
• Excellent experience in international goods purchase for trading (B2B): 2 years
• Skilled and experienced in Word and Excel for cost & pricing calculations
• Preferably Skilled and experienced in LCL/FCL coordination
• Preferably Skilled and experienced with Chinese B2B manufacturers and Preferably Experience as Technical Buyer

Skills:

• Able to support or handle the technical purchasing
• Able to support or handle import sea freight
• Minimum typing speed: 25WPM
• Preferably Holding a UAE driving license
• Preferably Hands-on experience with Projects/CRM software

Jobs Responsibilities:

• The search for international and local suppliers
• Price negotiation, Products developments, OEM, ODM
• Create order lists based on the requirements: products description, specification, illustration, quantity, and packing
• Prepare LPO, GRN documents 
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with the freight forwarders and related logistics providers on the import and export rates, booking, payments, documents, clearance, and other logistics and Coordination with the suppliers and freight forwarders on the delivery schedule, shipping, transportation, warehousing
