- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Domain knowledge: IT systems and DB Tools
Experience:
- 3-6 years of experience and Experience in UNIX, MSSQL, and Windows Server environments Proven experience in SQL and PL-SQL scripting
- Proven experience in Data extraction and DML Actions
- Experience with one Programing language (Java, Python, C#, etc) and Ability to investigate complex issues in multi integrated systems Familiar with Network concepts
Jobs Description:
- Analyze complex issues in complex integrated systems.
- Implement proper workaround and automations to the discovered operation issues
- Review solutions and impact analysis to solve on hand case in discussion with SME.
- Automate the daily operation tasks with the proper tools to reduce Turn around time
- Document all operation tasks/SOP for review and enrichment of KT Escalate defects to the third line of support or vendors upon discovering any issues provide support during On-Call shift or after working hours during critical outages.
- Create and maintain Test Automation process using the proper tools
