Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry and Familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant technical software and tools.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget and  Reviewing project plans and blueprints to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve any technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Managing and maintaining project documentation, including drawings, contracts, and change orders.
• Providing technical support and guidance to project teams, including resolving any technical problems that arise during construction.
