Experience:
- A general understanding of the Business is obtained by experience gained within the Business. Fluency in English is essential. Tele sales Marketing experience is must and preferably Arabic speaking female candidate. Computer literate. Telephone and Computer skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is to do Sales & marketing of insurance products through telephone and other online platforms. Responsible for technical verification of relevant data, proper schemes, interpretation of procedures, data input, and processing transactions or information without error. Interfere with internal and external parties to resolve queries thereby achieving quick decisions. Update daily call logs after completing the call to each customer and to use the information again as and when required.
- Explain the insurance policies to our customers and guide them in case of any claim.
- Monitor procedural/technical knowledge related to the processing of standardized transactions / information. Awareness of compliance policies and directives. Process high-volume transactions / information accurately within stipulated service standards and turnaround time that include issuance of motor insurance policies and submission of tax invoices to accounts department.
- Provide Daily Sales Report (DSR) to the line manage
