Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales or a similar sales role. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services and generate sales leads
- Utilize effective sales techniques to engage prospects, overcome objections, and close sales over the phone. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in CRM software. Provide feedback to the sales manager regarding customer needs, market trends, and product / service improvements.
