- BBA/MBA in Human Resource or related field
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct training need analysis and coordinate with Head of the Departments and In-charges to determine training needs for employees of their respective departments/ areas.
- Design and develop training Program with a focus of developing soft and technical skills in order to improve their performance to achieve the overall process efficiency. Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational material.
- Conduct the training sessions/workshops based on Training Need Analysis. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using surveys, questionnaires, interviews and observation.
- Plan, develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction in the organization.
- Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole. Maintain records and prepares statistical reports of all the training programs. Initiate, participate and coordinate for annual training plan, objectives and standard operating procedures.
