For Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited, Finance Division, Govt of Pakistan, Islamabad Qualification:
- Bachelor / Master (or above) Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering, Telecom or related disciplines duly recognized by HEC.

Experience:
- At-least 08 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience in comparable position in a reputed private/public sector organization
- 03 Year of ADC experience especially in the field of Digital Disputes handling is a must
Job Description:
- Lead for customer dispute resolution within provided TAT and manage dispute resolution unit for ATM related disputed transactions.
- Coordinate with 1-link and M-Net for settlements of dispute amounts and supervise SIT, UAT, Go-Live and pilot run strategy in implementation.
- Ensure proactive and collaborative approach to prevent dispute delays and bottlenecks, escalate issues timely for resolution
