• Minimum MBA or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign university.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of capital markets, corporate /  Investment banking

Jobs Description:

• Origination, structuring and execution of dept capital market transaction including syndicated dept
• Structured finance deals, listing of dept instrument and market making and be able to lead the dept syndication team with respect to marketing, structuring and negotiations with various stakeholders
• Lead the origination effort of DCM and syndication transactions with existing client relationships as well as prospecting new clients
• Supervise and review preparation of financial modeling and key ration analysis, due diligence procedure, security documentation, etc.
