• Bachelors or Masters in the field of Computer Science or in same discipline.
• Additional, certifications (e.g. CISM, CISA, Ethical Hacking, etc.) in the same discipline would be preferred.

Experience:

• 8 Years of experience in the same subject area

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Manage and provision the IT infrastructure (Servers, Storages, Networks, Datacenter’s) for Branch/Digital banking and back-end support functions.
•  Ensure provisioning, operations, administration, monitoring and upgrading of physical server, routers, switches, security appliances, secure remote access devices, storages, backups, and Branch WAN links. ·
• Responsible for overall system and infrastructure availability and develop a resilient infrastructure to reduce failures liaison with external network hardware services providers.
• Responsible for day-to-day system administration, including management of internal network, VPN, · Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and system backups. · Planning and execution of Disaster Recovery Drill and strategy. · Manage overall security of the Bank’s networks, systems and data.
• Establish SLAS with technology partners and vendors. ·
• Plan and implement upgrades needed to maintain service levels and maintains a schedule of formal service reviews with key stakeholders and management of the key 3rd party providers who provide the IT operational service.
•  Proactively identify gaps, risks, and issues and navigates organizational structure to resolve them
