• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Digital Media, Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in videography, photography, and video editing, preferably in a corporate or educational environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Light room).
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content optimization for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to operate and maintain professional photography and videography equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Capturing high-quality photos and videos for university events, activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Creating engaging short-form videos, reels, and stories for social media, aligned with the latest trends.
• Managing and organizing a digital media library, ensuring easy access to visual assets.
• Regularly researching social media trends and implementing creative techniques to enhance our social media presence.
• Maintaining and managing photography and videography equipment, ensuring they are in excellent condition.
• Ensuring all visual content aligns with IUK’s brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Providing on-site support for event coverage, including multi-camera setups, live streaming, and rapid content turnaround.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative visual concepts for campaigns, including storytelling videos, interviews, and highlight reels.
• Editing videos using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) to produce polished, professional content.
