- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any engineering, supply chain management or management discipline. Candidates having additional certification in procurement would be preferred.
 
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Possess experience of ERP (SAP preferred), e-procurement and MS Office Applications.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Able to review and analyze all requirements received from users for relevant assigned area.
 - Able to prepare and issue invitations to tender and tender package documents complying technical, legal and financial requirements. Capable of reviewing technical evaluations to ensure compliance with the technical criteria.
 - Conduct commercial evaluation and obtain approvals. Able to process user requirements by placing purchase orders (PO) and work contracts / call out agreements.
 - Able to arrange deliveries of all materials & services and keep track of status. Able to manage all assigned internal and external audit related activities.
 - Capable of liaising with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of tasks. Able to arrange end user inspection and materials storage / stacking in compliance with materials handling and preservation procedures.
 - Able to support inventory management at field stores.
