- Minimum of Bachelor’s in CS / IT / Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field of study
Experience:
- 5 years (+) experience as a Web or UI/UX Designer.
- Experience with CMS/Strapi/React is a plus. Experience in motion design, animation & illustration is an added advantage
- Strong ability in creating designs and visuals within a given brand/visual identity. Passion for user-centered design, with the ability to create intuitive mobile experiences for different user journeys.
- Strong ability to articulate design decisions and convey complex ideas effectively. Must be proficient in Figma and Adobe programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive the design process from initial concepts to final polished web mockups. Using our Design System, create user-friendly website experiences that are on brand, visually appealing and engaging for all users. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate the website’s structure and interactions. Use your UX knowledge to refine user flows and layouts to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality user experiences. Contribute to the enhancement of our component-based Proton Design System
