- Minimum of Bachelor’s in CS / IT / Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field of study
Experience:
- 3+ years of test automation experience, ideally with Windows applications. Bonus points for: Experience with performance, load, or security testing for desktop apps.
- Hands-on experience with Windows automation frameworks like FlaUI, or UIAutomation.
- Tech Stack and Tools: C#, .NET, or similar, FlaUI, or UIAutomation.
- Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, or similar.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Gitlab, Harbor, Docker).
- Knowledge of API testing (REST, GraphQL) to validate end-to-end flows. Contributions to open-source testing projects or personal automation side projects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for our Windows desktop applications.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure features are testable and shipped with confidence.
- Integrate automated tests into our CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable releases. Debug, investigate, and analyze test failures — and work with the team to fix root causes, not just symptoms.
- Continuously improve test coverage, speed, and reliability by bringing in new tools, strategies, and ideas.
