HVAC Design Engineer Retrofit-Dubai, UAE

For Leminar Air Conditioning Company, UAE                             Qualification:

• Diploma (Electrical, Mechanical), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical)

Experience:

• 5 to 8 years experience 

Responsibilities:

• Good technical design knowledge on Chiller, DX system ( VRF, RTU, PAC) pumps, cooling tower, AHUs, FCU, TFA, low side equipment’s like PICV valves, ducting, VAV , ventilation, kitchen ventilation and exhaust system, adiabatic cooling system, fans, for residence, commercial buildings & industrial customers in HVAC/retrofit segments.
• Visually inspects buildings and its utilities related HVAC system and meeting with end customer for understanding the existing design and data’s.
• Carryout the site visit independently and understand the design of existing HVAC utilities to make the complete design and feasibility study for implementing the retrofit solutions.
• Carryout the detailed engineering calculation, like cooling load estimation in HAP, static pressure calculation, pump head calculation and other equipment selection , pipe selection for chiller & VRF equipment. Co-coordinating with the OEM / vendors to understand and getting the technical /design inputs for finalizing the design.
• Carryout the design, value engineering based on the sales engineer inputs/site visit to freeze the DBR as per the site visit / sales engineer inputs.
• Prepare and submits BOM, design based reports.
• Prepare the schematic layouts/drawings for chilled water system, VRF and ducting layout, equipment layouts in Auto CAD during pre-sales and post ordering stage and submit to customer for approval.
• Co-coordinating with sales engineer and execution engineer for on time design and planning completion.
• Validation of product /project during the execution with execution engineer and provide recommendations
