Experience:
- 6+ Years with Relevant experience in similar role for Minimum 04 years (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical).
- Experience covers the development and implementation of quality management systems suitable for project environment & assessment of Contractor Quality System
- Language: Excellent knowledge of written, read, and spoken English (required), Arabic speaking would be an advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
- Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Planning/Scheduling for every job and person to set priority for attending the other jobs.
- Project management by following of Process & method statement. Sharing of detailed quality report pack after completion of each job with the client.
- Preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
- Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements. Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports. Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system.
- Recommend and implement improvements when required.
- Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site Asset Integrity manager. Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the client’s representatives.
- Monitor statistical method reporting. Action and close all customer complaints.
- Control all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project. QA/QC-Inspection Specialist in Mechanical Installation, Welding and Painting/Coating/Corrosion Inspection. Familiarity with international, corporate, project QA/QC standards & systems. In-service inspection of piping & process equipment. Inspections before, during & after for Materials, Surface Preparation, Coating, Corrosion, Fabrication, Welding, NDT & Erection
