Senior Architect-Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 25,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits: Flight allowance, Medical, Life Insurance, Annual Bonus, 22 holiday plus bank holidays, career progression                                                                                                     

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Professional certification and licensure as an architect.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.  
• In-depth knowledge of UAE, GCC building codes, regulations, and construction processes                             

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to design, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Provide technical expertise, mentorship, and guidance to junior architects and design team members.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments to ensure design and construction quality, and compliance with regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and documentation to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities
