Qualification:
- BE Chemical Plant Engineer
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience (preferably in a dry mix plant). Good inter-personal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate in English and Hindi (Urdu).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to ensure efficient and timely production processes.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards and Train and supervise production staff to ensure they are skilled and knowledgeable in their roles
- Identify and implement technological advancements and process improvements to enhance production efficiency and Analyze production metrics and provide reports to management on performance and progress towards goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues or bottlenecks to minimize downtime
