MEP Project Manager-Abu Dhabi, UAE

Nascon Engineering Limited, Abu Dhabi, UAE                             Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering with Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years’ Experience including high Rise Building Experience.
• Experience in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their installation requirements.
• Fluency in English is required, additional language skills are a plus

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire MEP project, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks and milestones are met.
• Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications and Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
