For Luxury Projects by Palace Group of Companies, UAE Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in CAD software or architectural detailing are highly valued.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Architectural Detailer and Draftsman, with a distinguished track record in luxury high-end projects.
• Skills: Mastery in CAD software with a broad understanding of architectural detailing. Extensive knowledge of premium architectural materials, construction techniques, and design principles.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Architectural Drawings: Develop detailed architectural drawings encompassing plans, elevations, and sections, ensuring accuracy and precision throughout. Provide expertise in all facets of architectural detailing, contributing to the overall design coherence of luxury projects. Specialize in crafting facade-specific drawings that convey the unique aesthetic and materials characteristic of high-end luxury projects. CAD Mastery: Utilize advanced CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to create 2D and 3D models, ensuring that all architectural details are accurately represented and coordinated.
• Material Expertise and Coordination: Ensure seamless collaboration with other trades, integrating façade details seamlessly within the opulent environment. Demonstrate a deep understanding of premium architectural materials and coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure optimal material selection. Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to align architectural details with the overall vision of luxury projects. Documentation Excellence: Maintain meticulous documentation of architectural details, capturing revisions and creating as-built drawings that showcase the precision of luxury craftsmanship. Organize and catalogue drawings, presenting a comprehensive portfolio that reflects excellence in architectural detailing. Technical Support for Implementation: Provide expert technical support during the construction phase, collaborating with construction teams to ensure the accurate execution of architectural designs. Oversee the installation process, ensuring that the vision of opulent architecture is translated into flawless execution on-site.
