- Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from an accredited University or College program and Possess professional registration, licensure or charter ship with an internationally recognized professional association
Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant experience and possesses construction administration experience on landscape projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manages projects through all aspects of the design process and Guides the aesthetic and technical development of assigned projects.
- Takes responsibility for the financial performance of assigned projects.
- Leads, organizes and directs teams of more junior staff in the execution of assigned projects.
- Prepares technical and financial proposals for designated project opportunities.
- Demonstrates an expert understanding of the aesthetic, technical, resource, and financial components of landscape architecture.
- Demonstrates an expert understanding of production techniques, procedures, and standards.
- Ability to develop technical scopes of works, resource allocations, and financial fees for project opportunities.
- Demonstrates an expert understanding of industry codes/standards/health and safety requirements and sustainability regulations.
- Demonstrates an expert understanding of the regional construction industry, local construction methods and their influence on design decisions
