Power International Holding, Doha, Qatar Qualification:
- Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or any related field
 
Experience:
- Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus. In-depth understanding of construction principles, methods, and materials.
 - Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
 - ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Supervise activities on-site, including scheduling labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
 - Monitor project progress, identifying potential delays, risks, and issues, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
 - Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
 - Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, to maintain accurate records. Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables. Manage project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs and forecasting expenses to ensure financial objectives are met.
 - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among project teams and subcontractors.
