• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure project management, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
• Proven experience in managing diverse infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, or similar.

Roles & Responsibilities:  

• Oversee and manage infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with design specifications, budget, and schedule, from inception to completion and Conduct thorough site inspections, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions to maintain project momentum and quality.
• Prepare and review project documentation, such as reports, drawings, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring cost-effectiveness and Evaluate and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to address potential delays, cost overruns, or safety hazards.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards, promoting a safe and sustainable work environment
• Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and timely delivery.
