- Bachelors of Engineering in Electrical / Electronics /Instrumentation
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the oil & sector. Experience of scheduled / breakdown maintenance of Gas processing / Petrochemical plants relating to electrical and electronics instruments and equipment’s including DCS, PLC, ESD, F&G, Metering systems including GC, Analyzers, smart pressure transmitters, control valves and their positioners/actuators, vibration monitoring systems, Pneumatic control units, control panels / devices etc. Experience of working on SAP ERP System will be preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Able to diagnose breakdown repairs, implementation & monitoring maintenance jobs planned in SAP.
- Capable of developing an effective inventory schedule to meet all requirements of spare parts and materials.
- Able to carry out HAZOP / Hazard analysis and SIL study of all modifications for performance improvement. Able to ensure compliance of QHSE, QMS and OHSAS policies & guidelines.
