It is a Public Sector company governed under Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013 of Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). It’s an Autonomous Body under administrative control of Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development.
