China Railway Construction Corporation Limited SA Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• Master’s degree in architecture or a related field (optional but beneficial). Licensure as a professional architect.
• Certification in sustainable design and construction

Experience:

• Experience in designing and managing large-scale construction projects, particularly stadiums or sports facilities and Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction materials.
• Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software and other architectural tools. 
• Understanding of structural engineering and construction techniques specific to stadium design.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and plan the layout and structure of stadiums and sports facilities, taking into consideration factors such as seating capacity, sightlines, and accessibility.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools to create detailed architectural drawings and models of stadiums, including exterior and interior features. 
• Research and incorporate innovative and sustainable design elements into stadium projects, such as energy-efficient systems, green spaces, and eco-friendly materials.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the progress and quality of stadium construction, and address any design or structural issues that may arise.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver stadium designs that are both visually striking and operationally efficient.
• Provide expertise and guidance on stadium architecture and design principles, and contribute to the overall success of sports and entertainment venues.
