  • CA Finalist/MBA


  • At least 4-6 years of Hospitality experience in relevant area.
  • Must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning Guest relations / Front Office with thorough knowledge about service standards.
  • Experience of effective partnership and working with internal and external stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervises and coordinates all activities at Front desk.
  • Proactively develops and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively responds to and resolves guest problems and complaints in a timely manner and assigns and Approves Duty roster for all Front desk staffs in collaboration with Front Office Manager.
  • Responsible for VIP movement in the Hotel. 
  • Ensure smooth operation of Front desk during his/her shift. 
  • Ensure prompt and adequate transportation to all incoming and outgoing guests, in his/her shift.
  • Ensure proper billing of guest bills as per management policy. Follow up on overdue/high balance accounts.
  • Check all the departmental logbooks and suggest improvements. Checks cleanliness of lobby and public areas, lights and as well as front office staff in proper and orderly appearance and behavior.
  • Ensures that room discrepancy report is made correctly.
  • Ensures that, baggage of guest is kept safe and delivered promptly and ensure the compliance of ISO 14001, ISO22000 and OHSAS 18001 requirements.
