- MBA / MS or ACCA
Experience:
- At least 04 years of experience or Fresh ACMA.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review and finalize monthly meter reading plan of domestic, Industrial & commercial consumers with regards to each respective billing zone.
- Review and finalize the billing plan for domestic, Industrial and commercial users & forward it to the IT department for uploading in the customer care & Billing (CC&B) application.
- Supervise & monitor the conduct of pre-billing checks such as preparation of adjustments related to previous billing cycle (e.g. as errors, missing meter readings etc.), meter reading, and post billing activity of the domestic, Industrial & commercial users.
