Jobs Responsibilities:
- Manage technical IT support for IRD Pakistan and IRD Global and Manage the organization’s infrastructure, including the network, server room, network access points and low-current systems.
- Maintain the surveillance system for IRD WCB and Well Check facilities. Responsible for Supervising the IT inventory and relocation of IT Assets for IRD Pakistan.
- Provide techno-functional consultancy in ERP systems to support users in smooth operations, including system modifications, vendor and item inductions, user training and onboarding, supporting users of head office and regional offices with issues and documentation, system backups and patch updates.
- Supervise Google Workspace for IRD Pakistan & Global including the creation/deletion of accounts, managing email groups, email/G-Drive backups, managing the renewal, removing unnecessary accounts to minimize billing cost, and providing support to all staff in email-related issues. Manage Office 365 subscription, accounts creation/deletion, policy & billing etc. for IRD Pakistan and Global users.
- Manage collaboration tools like WebEx, Zoom, Meet, and support online meetings of IRD Pakistan and Global. Manage subscriptions/licenses, including domains management (Dreamhost, Domain.pk, WebSolPro), Office 365 licenses, Google Workspace, other collaboration tools (Webex, Zoom), antivirus for servers (Kaspersky), and software licenses (Stata, Endnote, Office 2016, Windows, QuickBooks, Power BI, etc.). Consultation in technical procurement of IT assets, tools, online subscriptions, software licenses, etc., for IRD Pakistan and Global.
- Administer on-premise servers such as ERP, Inventory Management, HR/Payroll, QuickBooks, and other servers and Manage Martinet’s physical/virtual server maintenance and Firewall (Sangfor).
- Deployment and implementation of IT Policies as per industry practices
- Explore new systems to make the process better.
- Manage staffing, Training, and coaching of the department.
