- Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) preferably Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics/Mechatronics.
Experience:
- Minimum 09 years of post-qualification experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Oil & Gas or Public Sector.
Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the operation and maintenance of Customer Meter Stations (CMS) within the designated franchise area and Oversee the operational integrity of natural gas measuring equipment at Industrial Gas meter stations, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency and Strategically plan and schedule tasks to optimize manpower, ensuring the timely completion of gas measurement activities in line with established schedules and Drive proactive planning processes to optimize manpower, ensuring the timely completion of maintenance activities for gas measuring equipment.
- Ensure the availability of Gas Meters, EVCs, Regulators, Filters, TOCs, and other necessary Gas metering equipment for CMS assembly modifications and replacements. Conduct root cause analyses, document issues, and coordinate with relevant departments for prompt resolution.
- Oversee the effective calibration/Joint Meter Check of Sales Meter Stations, conducted by the team.
- Plan emergency and contingency procedures for promptly addressing emergency complaints on a 24/7 basis and Ensure precise gas management, accurate measurement, and adherence to pressure standards based on demand-supply analysis.
- Supervise the procurement of essential spares and equipment, adhering to technical specifications and requirements. Manage the procurement of spares and equipment in accordance with technical specifications and requirements.
- Develop, implement, and manage key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each responsibility area, fostering individual growth for team members.
- Ensure the achievement of team KPIs by meticulously following the overall plan.
- Develop, implement, and monitor budgets for Operations, Maintenance, Revenue, and Capital expenditure within the department.
- Conduct technical evaluations of bids through the procurement department.
- Uphold the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of natural gas measuring equipment.
