Experience:
- 15 to 20 overall professional experience.
- Previous experience of working in Hotel facilities management and Knowledge of state and local by-laws pertaining to facility.
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance, including HVAC, Boilers, Electrical and Mechanical Systems, water treatment, power generation, preventive maintenance programs, building management systems and energy monitoring systems.
Jobs Description:
- Lead and manage the day to day activities of Engineering and Maintenance operations of the hotel, including service standards, equipment schedules and work schedules.
- Respond to guest’s maintenance needs promptly and ensuring guests receive professional, efficient, prompt and courteous service to hotel standards.
- Prepare and ensure planned preventative maintenance schedule in respect of various machinery / equipment .
- Directs budgeting process for all capital expenditure in order to ensure that the property is maintained to the best industry standard and Ensure liaisons with relevant government agencies to ensure compliance of various statutory requirements.
- Monitors the overall horticulture of the property.
- Ensure the compliance of ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, 22000, 5001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements.
