  • At least 15-18 years of relevant post-qualification experience of which 5 years should be at similar level in a reputable company.
  • Hands on experience in the information technology and the relevant platforms for accounting and financial management
  • Skills: Leadership, Conflict Resolution, Decision making, Strong professional and financial knowledge, Presentation, Corporate Affairs, Taxation and Investments, Interpersonal and Communication and Team Player skills are essential.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing the overall financial, accounting and reporting functions of the company and compliance with the regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic financial leadership, manage financial planning and analysis, and drive financial growth and stability in line with the company goals.
  • He/She should have strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards and requirements of regulatory compliances. provides financial guidance to the BoD. The CFO leads Finance & Accounts functions which includes Accounting and General Ledger, Financial/Management/Regulatory reporting, Forecast and Budgeting, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Annual/periodic statutory & Cost Audits facilitations, Taxation compliances, Investments management, banking and Treasury operations as well as interacting with the Board of Directors and its committees, the Regulators and other stakeholders, etc.
