Qualification:
- MA / MBA from a recognized university
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior management position, with supervision of admin, financial and marketing functions, ideally with in the education or non-profit sectors
- Strong artistic sensibility and a passion for promoting arts education and training
- Experience in a cultural or arts institution and a deep understanding of the local art scene will be considered advantageous with exceptional written and spoken English skills complemented by strong public speaking abilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day operations. focusing on staff development and departmental growth
- Draft, update and implement policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and design and implement creative initiatives that align with NAPA’s mission and vision
- Lead fundraising initiatives to ensure financial sustainability and growth and coordinate with federal and provincial governments for compliance and reporting requirements.
