Experience:
- Unconventional Resources and Horizontal drilling.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of drilling equipment and techniques.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate drilling operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to drilling plans.
- Monitor drilling progress and make adjustments as necessary to optimize drilling performance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and environmental requirements and conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any safety or operational issues.
- Develop and implement drilling procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and present reports on drilling activities, including performance metrics and cost analysis.
