- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience in hospitals and mid-level tower projects.
- Hands-on experience in the design, execution, and commissioning of electrical systems for hospitals and mid-level towers.
- Knowledge of UAE electrical codes, DEWA regulations, and local authority requirements.
- Hands-on experience with power distribution, lighting, emergency backup systems, LV/HV equipment, and earthing systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant design software.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage, supervise, and coordinate electrical works for hospitals and mid-level tower projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and UAE regulations.
- Review and approve electrical design drawings, specifications, and submitting from consultants and contractors.
- Prepare and monitor electrical project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure installation aligns with approved IFC drawings and standards.
- Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, emergency power, backup generators, and low-current systems.
- Monitor electrical material procurement, ensure compliance with specifications, and manage site inventory.
- Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and as-built drawings for handover. Ensure safety, sustainability, and efficiency standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle
