• Diploma (Electrical, Mechanical), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical)

Experience:

5 to 8 years experience 

Responsibilities:

• Technical knowledge /understanding on HVAC equipment, IAQ solutions, air compressors, energy efficient and value added solutions to residence, commercial buildings & industrial customers in HVAC retrofit segments.
• Visually inspects buildings and related utilities including HVAC, mechanical, electrical to determine energy consumption in each area or system.
• Plan, organize, and lead audit site surveys.
• Perform on-site energy efficiency audits that are focused on HVAC energy efficiency opportunities.
• Develop and implement Site Measurement Plans and deploy equipment to document parameters such as operating times, flows, energy consumption, temperatures, etc. Perform concept and schematic design, calculations, BOQ and basic drawing production. Analyze consumption before, during and after implementation of the project.
• Analyze potential opportunities, create proposals and present findings to sales and management. Create and calibrate detailed energy simulation models.
• Create and develop technical audit, savings and audit reports and submit to customer along with recommendation and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with other design & technical teams to craft most optimal solution. 
• Ensure a clear Audit documentation and supports sales & execution team. Follow-up with customers on adoption and execution of the recommendations made, in order to convert these into Business Opportunities for our Retrofit Segment. 
• Build and maintain strong relationship with all customers by maintaining regular calls and visits.
• Maintain the existing /key customers base and develop new customers base from time to time in order to have a continuous business expansion through energy audits and value added solutions.
