- At least 5 years overall work experience in the relevant capacity Proven experience of filing, maintaining documents and records, scheduling meetings, travel management, payment processing, and maintaining timesheets and coordinating on behalf of ED.
- Good computer skills and an ability to manage remote meetings
Jobs Description:
- Responsible for managing ED’s communications, appointments, and other meeting/travel schedule(s).
- Effectively manage governance reporting and communication with board members, key donors, and technical partners leads to ED.
- Maintain confidentiality at all levels.
- Remain point of contact (POC) between the ED and internal/external colleagues.
- Make travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries, and ensure to get the payment processed from the relevant entity and/or stakeholder in a timely manner and Manage ED’s accounts and financial matters.
- Record minutes of the meeting, where required or requested.
- Manage office space-related matters in Singapore and form strong coordination with local office staff and Use the secondary access to ED’s email inbox to segregate emails in terms of priority.
- Similarly, secondary access to ED’s calendar will also be granted for scheduling meetings, travel, and management of prerequisites.
