- Hands-on experience with office equipment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customer service attitude. Attend to all customer/tenants queries/complaints and interact with courtesy and respect.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. Provide general administrative support to sales and admin department.
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and scheduling Management meetings as and when required. Tele sales, preparing general report, maintaining the office stationery & grocery inventory.
- Scheduling of vendor appointments as and when required, booking itinerary for Management/Staff as and when needed and maintaining visitor file and following security procedures”
