Experience:

• Minimum 14 years’ relevant experience including experience of working in manufacturing or engineering concern.                                                               

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall plant management and Manage Supply chain aspects as the location in-charge of meter plant stores, being responsible for inventory control.
• Planning & management of production targets, Labor management and Business development (SSGC and SNGPL meters). Planning & forecasting.
• Preparing budgets & gaining approval from the management. Adherence to the quality management system. Logistics arrangement.
• Process & product improvement. New products development and Technology transfers with the help of OEMs and Vendor development.
• Upgrade existing equipment & machines.
• General factory administration, Financial Management and Ensure succession planning by identifying, developing and maintaining pool of successors for key positions within the division / department.
