For Interactive Research & Development (IRD), Singapore Salary: USD 120,000 – USD 215,000 (dependent on the years of experience) Qualification:
- Masters in Human Resource Management
Experience:
- Minimum 12-15 years of overall experience in a multi-country setting and at least 5 years in a similar capacity is preferred.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office and standard HR applications
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible to provide strategic HR Direction on all functions of human resources including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits and performance management.
- Responsible for overseeing the implementation of efficient HR services delivery and HR policies in line with global best HR practices and the organization’s mission and vision strategy.
