- Master’s Degree in Finance & Accounting or relevant certification CA/ACCA/ CPA.
Experience:
- Minimum of eight years of working experience with last two years as a Finance Manager.
- Working knowledge of GAAP principles and Local Tax.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software- QuickBooks will be an advantage and Hands-on experience with budgeting and Financial Reporting.
- Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Perform financial management duties, including generating financial data, compiling, and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends, and assessing the company’s financial health.
- Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments, including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training, internal controls, and conducting regular assessments/ updates of financial policies & procedures.
- Maintain an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements. Overall management of vendor & employee payments. Grants Management & timely financial reporting to the grantors as per requirements. Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Responsible for planning and forecasting activities to achieve business and company goals.
- Manage and coordinate with external auditors for annual and program audits and Manage and supervise the financial team and Prepare financial deliverables for higher management meetings.
