Hospital Administrator

By a secondary care hospital in district Attock, Punjab      Qualification:   

• MBBS with FCPS medicine or MCPS family physician 
• Masters or diploma in hospital admin/healthcare admin or equivalent recognized by the HEC/PMDC
• Excellent knowledge of medical practices, healthcare management and regulatory compliance
• Excellent knowledge of hospital administration

Responsibilities:

• General hospital admin and supervise the financial performance, driving parameters to evaluate the performance of the medical staff
• Define and implement performance parameters to evaluate the performance of the medical staff
• Supervise the implementation and adherence to SOPs in all clinical specialties and ensure compliance with company’s medical policies and procedure
